I ordered a FREE sample from this company, I was originally told I had 30 days AFTER receiving the product to cancel without being charged when the product arrived it was broken and absorbed into the packaging materials, so I called to inform them of the problem and they (EVE, was her name) said not to worry they would send a replacement and to return the broken package well I'm still waiting for my FREE SAMPLE and I've been charged (after14 days of the original order (when I signed up it said 30 days to cancel and when charged it said 15days and it was really 14days)... WOW WHAT AN AWESOME FREE DEAL!!

this company has offered to send me the product again, why can I not just get a REFUND
