I had gotten a few unwanted sites by mistake and called Norton to renew my antivirus protection. I was directed to these people. Desperate because my fear of the virus, I went along and accepted their help without question. After over 3hrs on the phone, they did remove the unwanted downloads but the computer is much slower now and after reading reviews, I'm very concerned now.
