I was debited with £3.95 (Santander Credit card)
on 5/03/13.On 21/03/13 i was debited with a further £97.95.I only requested a free sample.Please can this amount (£97.95} be recovered as this was not agreed.
I am in contact with Santander re search for recovery.

I purchased from your company Cream (sample). Payment orders online .Now I want CANCEL any acquisition of goods from you company, you self taken 97.95 .00 pounds from my account .You have to repay that amount to my account..I hope fast returned to my account back .Thanks
