I was invite by this foundation for a conference in California and Dakar-Senegal but asked me to book hotel first at Dakar, but after contacting the hotel and sending all my details, i did not receive any more notice or mail, just a kind of joke or something saying "Hi". Preparing for this conference and other details I have lost a lot of my time and money amounting to more than 100 Euro. I want to know if this California Human Rights Foundation is real or not.
