I thought that this was a legitimate site to change my address as it was the first one listed when I googled 'USPS change address.' However, I was charged $19.95 - which was never stated. Also, my mail was never forwarded...it was put on hold and I had to go pick it up 3 weeks later, only after my apartment complex found out that it was being held. Someone by the name of Wilhelm had authorized this holding and signed for it. I had to change my bank account information so that they could not charge me in the future or use my information in any other way. Very frustrating!
