I paid the company what they requested by visa. A Mr. Jones was very nice and asked me about the details after representing himself as a competant technician. Than he transfered me to another technician named Parker who really tried hard. Now my computer is in the same state as it was before I requested the help and before my payment. They kept me on line for several hours.
