My son ordered a twelve month subscription for X-Box Live with extra points for ordering games and we did not receive an e-mail code or confirmation. We called the company and there is just a voice recording saying to leave a message and we will call you back. The website is down today as well. My credit card company cannot do anything until the transaction posts and will not cancel a pending charge. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY...IT'S OBVIOUSLY A SCAM!!!
