Appreciate if someone with authority from USA Select Choice Health Insurance contact me today please. Ever since I signed up with a broker it has been much much hardship, lots of emails with no replies as of date, no return phone calls and all I am trying to do is believe in this insurance company that I signed up effective March 1, 2013 for medical and dental..
MEDICAL: Ins. Co. shows I joined in 12/18/12 when my effective membership date is 3/1/2013. Broker agrees but Ins. Rep shows differ and they have been taking direct monthly fees from my credit card when they have my start date wrong. They said the only person that can correct this is my broker but he will not return my many many calls and emails. Please help me!

DENTIST: Same broker signed me up and took my credit card and through his recommendation he suggested a dental plan called ASSURANT. He even looked up my dentist and said he is a provider, later I find out my dentist is not affliated. I left many messages and I have to call every hour to try to reach my broker and he finally answered my call and gave me a number to call to find out why I am not registered in their system. He gave me the wrong number...I ended up giving him the correct number so he can give it to his new clients. ASSURANT Rep very nice told me I am not even in their system??
Through 2 months of calling and calling and emailing I can't get through to my broker to try to help me which is simple as I did all the work as I could not rely on him. I am happy to provide the name of my broker but I need help from someone higher to make this all right.
Thank you and I don't know who to go to so I went on line and found this complaint form and do hope someone will contact me and do the right thing which is to help their new client that signed up with USA SELECT CHOICE.
