USA Select Choice Sounds like a great choice...AT First!!! I was given the whole pitch that it would be a great coverage and I would have no issues. 15 free office visits a year, no deductibles, no copays, medications would cost 10/20/40---generic/brand/specialty
I have a pre-existing condition and asked how they could cover it when no one else would... Well the "Agent" said that this was a group policy similar to the ones employers use so the pre-existing condition limitation does not apply. Sounded reasonable to me. At $450 a month and a $99 "enrollment" fee it wasn't sounding too good to be true. LIE!!
By the way the "agent" never really said the name "USA Select Choice" or "limited indemnity Plan" at all. He did say "Multiplan" a network that I was familiar with so I erroneously connected to this "health insurance plan" which is the only reason I considered this as an option.
When the time came I did not get my refund the "agent" said that it takes 3 days to process the refund so it was taking longer than he told me originally but the policy was definitly cancelled. LIE!!!
I finally called the cust service number I found on the website and after 27 days they told me that this policy was not cancelled and I was still an active member. HMMMM.....
Of course I finally did get the confirmation that the policy is cancelled. Right before they were about to charge me again for this policy.
So from what I have seen this is truly a scam.
This guy THOMISINAP82 who will most likely respond saying that the "agent" and the company are 2 different things...well If the agent is selling your product in a manner that is fraudulent to the consumer and you do nothing about it then the company is also complicit so I don't buy that whole agent is separate from the company garbage. Everything I have stated is fact and all this = SCAM
To THOMISINAP82 I say if you want people to not think of this as a scam try enforcing some rules with your Agents. Otherwise it is very convenient to be able to use them as scapegoats for what appears to be very shady company practices.

Right on, this is exactly what happened to me. These commenters are full of it, look, the USA Select agents are trained to lie. They play smoke and mirrors with you. They indeed try to say everything is covered, they then try to do everything real fast. The agent who sold me insurance said the most I would pay for prescriptions would be 20 buck under the highest tier. But that is not true, most prescriptions are in a third tier, which is not covered. This will cost you full price, or 20%. This is a joke, I can get that for free with a discount card. Then they said doctors visits were covered. They also tried to say their third party person was lying about using the insurance within 30 days of enrollment. I cannot eve tell you how many times the agent lied to me. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
