$29.90 appeared on my bank statement from this company. I have no idea what this charge is for or why it was placed.

Now I need to go to my bank sign some papers to say this is not a charge that should be paid, and then get issued a new credit card. Which means all the legitamit accounts that have my old card number will now need to be changed. I hope I don't miss any or I could lose my electric or gas.
