I have ordered shoes with red soles from them, and I have received absolutely wrong item. I have contacted the company's customer service, in order to exchange or ask for refund. But they just asked me to keep it, because it will "save my time and my money". They agree it has been their mistake, however they deny to to accept the item and refund me. This is obviously Internet fraud. How many more complaints are needed, in order to stop them from fooling people?
