I purchased a pair of UGG Boots from this company and when they arrived despite having all the correct logos they were clearly FAKE. The Zipps were of such poor quality that they failed at the first use.
I have tried but so far failed to contact this company to get a refund but they are both hard to find and even harder to get a response from. So far I have had ZERO response.
