I purchased and paid for 4 lipstick size cell phone chargers on February 13th. I waited, sent an email that I hadn't gotten any tracking info. Was told that it was 10 business days to ship and up to 20 business days to receive. That I was to watch tracking. I continued to wait, no change on my shipment status. I finally sent them another email, was told that the shipment was returned and it would take another 10 days to ship and 20 business days to receive. The tracking status never changed from pending. The whole thing seems to be a scam.

When the package are sent back to sender, we resend the package out free of charge, and usually compensations are offered if it is our fault.
