Sounds like I had the same problem with this company as a lot of people.
I called to get help with my HP laptop computer b/c it was hacked. They told me it was $99 for the service, I said ok. What they didn't tell me was that they were charging me the $99 for 3 months for some 2 year service. When I called and asked for a refund the guy on the phone told me he couldn't issue one b/c ALL the charges went through. I told him I didn't sign up for this and that I haven't even used the service, so I should be able to get a refund. He continued to tell me that it was my fault for calling the number without reading the website. Either way if I read it or not I wouldn't had signed up for this service. I just want my money refunded, since they couldn't even fix the problem in the first place!!
