Last August 1,.2012,I paid National Credit Monitoring $599 to lower my interest on my Discover card. They said I'd hear from three different banks if I was approved. I only heard from one bank and they didn't approve me. I did not hear any more from National Credit Monitoring. They said if no banks approved me they would return my money of $599.
