In October 2011, or it might have been Setember 2013I agreed to pay $599.00 to National Credit Monitoring to apply to three banks to transfer my balance on the Discover card of $17,000 to them and that the interest rate would be 9.0% instead of the present rate of 11.0%. They were very sure they could find a bank that would take on my credit card balance. I was to receive three letters from differnt banks to except or reject the balance. I received only one letter on October 29 from Barkclay Bank, that they would not accept my balancebecause my credit score was too low. I did not hear from anyone else. I spoke to Caroline and Yvonne Easquez at National Credit Monitoring and Ihave not heard anymore. I would like to get the $599 back as soon as possible.

The telephone # I have for them is 1-866-408-4004 ext 103.
