On Nov.2011 i filed for the emerald loan and was denied. I called to find out what happened and they said it was a negative balance for 11,835.00 for the month of April 14th and 15th of 2009. I opened a fraud case so they could investigate. After looking thru the case they proved it to be fraud and they recovered the account which made it a positive 43 cents. They mailed me the statements in January 2012 showing what hapened. In Nov 2012 i applied for the emerald loan and was rewarded 600 dollars. They took the fee from my tax refund when i filed in January 2013. In addition to that they took 2,834.57 that wasn't suppose to be taken.I called to see what happened and they said there was a negative balance for that amount for the month of April 14th 2009. Now that's the problem i'm having. How could there possibly be debt for that particular day if i just had that cleared up last year in January 2012 which was proven to be fraud. I called the case in on Feb. 6 2012 and there's been no resolution. I've called requesting documents showing proof of that debt and proof where they took it from my tax refund and yet they still haven't sent them out. I haven't heard from anyone about getting my money back at all. Everytime i call they push me off by saying the case is still open and someone will contact you. Here it is a whole month and two weeks later and still no one has called. I have the documents showing where the old case was cleared and they even sent the same documents again this Feb.2013 showing where my account is a positive 43cents so why take my money. I NEED HELP GETTING MY MONEY BACK NOW ITS BEEN TOO LONG.
