You are all correct. Everyone is being scammed by this company. DO NOT let them charge anything to your card and if they are, immediately put a stop to it, even if you have to cancel the card. Go on with the class action suit. Tell everyone you know to be very careful when looking for technical help on the internet and make sure that you are calling the real company and not some scum-scam organization like this that cares nothing about anyone except making a dollar.
