In December 2012, I dropped off two disposable cameras to be developed of pictures we took on our Disney Cruise with my 5 year old grand daughter.The ticket numbers are 774019/774020. The irder was taken by Ann[photo associate].I went in to pick up pictures in Dec. and was told by Robin[photo associate] that they were not in. Because I had a complaint against store manager,Joel Gloden, which was never resolved, I refused to go back in the store. When I did go back, I went to get my pictures and was told by Robin that she still couldn't find them. She said she would check with Ann when she came in at 5:00 to see if she had put them someplace else. I asked if they would call me with status. I never got a call.Icame in again and was waited on by one of the electronic associates. Again, she found nothing.Again, I called the store and left message for Robin or Ann to call me. No call.Later,I called again and spoke wit another associate working in photo. She stated she saw for name and number to be contacted,but there was no recrd written of my films.Because I was discusted, I again asked to leave a message for ANN to call me since I geve her the films. Still, no call. I called the store again and Nate[electronic associate] answered phone and again checked for pictures. Again, no pictures. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager that I spoke with was appologetic and stated they would have to check to see if it was the sore's fault or the lab. He stated that that Robin was on sick leave so he couldn't communicate with her to get the status of the problem, but he would give the info to the store manager [ Mallory]because she's over photo.It has been two weeks and I still haven't heard from anyone.I've waited long enough for any research. I now need to know what will be done about this.Nothing was done about my previous complaint against Mr Gloden and I'm hoping something will be done about this. Those were memorable vacation pictures.At least, I should have gotten a phone call.although, the cameras were only 16.00, the mometary value is worth much more.
