I googled change of address, thinking I was at the USPS website (which it looks exactly like), filled out all the forms as I had done before, gave my credit card (which is supposed to be used for verification) and thought all was well. This morning 3/16/13 is when I noticed the 19.95$ charge on my account. I am not happy!
