I spent a total of nearly 6 hours - on the phone for 2 of those hours and the rest between a representative and chat room. My computer is used not often during the day. I was told that I had a lot of files on it. I remove Cookies on a daily basis. I am very seriously reporting them to the Better Business Burea. They keep on pushing you to and repeating a hundred times about their service. Not impressed with them at all. A total rip off. Now, I am getting more and more cookies. I hope that they are not playing games with me because they are playing with the wrong one.
