I paid cash for 2 Shrimp Egg Foo Young combination lunch specials for myself and a co-work to eat in. We were on our lunch break. After waiting 30 mins for our food we knew we didn't have time to eat there so decided we'd take it back to work and eat some and save some to finish later. As I approached the employee who took my money I noticed him giving a tray of food to a couple sitting at a table dining in also. He said here's your two shrimp egg foo young, I said well they are ordering the same thing we ordered the couple started opening all the food. When I told the gentleman "Sir we're going to get our food to go he said what food"??? I replied the two shrimp egg foo young, then the owner (Suzie) bought another tray of food to the couple which was their food they'd ordered. She said oh I'm sorry took our food tray away, and said I'll bag for you. I replied "No Ma'am I don't want that, those customers have been in our food opening and looking at it. "Please give me my money back because I don't want that food after they've been all over it" She pointed to the wall and said No refunds they haven't touched it". I stated yes they have they opened the containers of gray and the food. She said it's ok, I said no it's not Ok I want my money back Ma'am she again said no I make again for you. We sat back down and waited again, she called us back up after 15 mins and said ok here's your food we work 5 minutes away and went back to work our food wasn't hot it was barely warm we then realized she pretended to cook more food and just sat our containers to the side, waited and bagged them up to our surprise when we got to work we had the same food. $12.66 is not a large amount of money, but it's the principle they messed our order up and refused to give me my money back and refused to give us fresh clean sanitary food. Needless to say I threw the food away and went back to work without the lunch I paid for, and an empty stomach.
