On March 14th 2013, I was online to get a loan.
I found Impact Cash Loan, which was giving me 2500.00. In the meantime I was to send 700.00 to them for insurance on the loan.
Yes, I did it. It was then I was asked to send 500.00 more to release the money.
I knew then I have been scammed.
I've reported this to local police, FBI and Western union.
Also, the girls name was on it.
Darlene Theresa Dean.
I just hope this gets published so no one else is foolish like me.
They even called me names on the phone, prostitute was one.

After a deliberate investigation, all objective indications find that this unaffiliated, unscrupulous third party has utilized and continues to utilize ImpactCashLoans.com’s good name to lend an air of credibility to—and to divert regulatory attention from—its questionable business practices. Unfortunately, such conduct is all too commonplace in this industry. Suffice to say, such conduct exists independently of ImpactCashLoans.com’s legitimate and reputable business practices.
