i applied for a loan on the internet cause i need money realy bad. then little later a companie called impact loans calles me and said i was preaproved for a loan up to 5000 dallars. i said all i needed was 1500. they said ok good. then they wanted me to send them 200 for insurance purposes.so i go to the western union up the road and fill out the for with one of the reps. from the loan comp. on my cell phone and led me through the process. then after i sent the moneney thinking he was gonna send me my money he tells me to go sit in my car and wait 15 min while i was put on hold. thats when i i started thinking scam. so i waited until he got back on the line. then he tells me to hold on while he transfers me to his manager (SKYLER JONES) and he tells me the transation # but then he says to me its gonna cost me another 300 to activate the trans.# and thats when i knew so i got one of buddies to look then up for me and read any reports that may have been made against them and there were reports of the same order in which i was headed so i get back to the phone with them to ask them to send me my money back and they said they could not do that unless i firts activate the the trans.# and we argude back and forth until he hung up and every time i would call back they would pick up then hang up till they would not ansewer any more. now i am broke with 3 kids and a wife and nothing to feed them. IMPACT DOLLARS sure did put a impact on my family i hope there kids eat well tonite.

  • Dear Sir or Madam,

In no uncertain terms, ImpactCashLoans.com is not, nor has it ever been, directly or indirectly affiliated with any third party purporting to offer loans under the same name. The mistaken connection of ImpactCashLoans.com to this matter appears to arise out of the unauthorized use of ImpactCashLoans’ name and likeness.

The information within your complaint is suggestive of a somewhat notorious scam. Upon information and belief, it typically involves consumers being informed of purported loan approval, followed by repeated requests to wire funds to “secure” the loan, to pay taxes, or for "insurance purposes". In conjunction with what appears to be nothing short of an unconscionable business practice, the scam systematically and fraudulently indicates that it has a direct or indirect affiliation with ImpactCashLoans.com.

After a deliberate investigation, all objective indications find that this unaffiliated, unscrupulous third party has utilized and continues to utilize ImpactCashLoans.com’s good name to lend an air of credibility to—and to divert regulatory attention from—its questionable business practices. Unfortunately, such conduct is all too commonplace in this industry. Suffice to say, such conduct exists independently of ImpactCashLoans.com’s legitimate and reputable business practices.

ImpactCashLoans.com is pleased to work with you in furtherance of resolving any remaining concerns. Please contact us directly at 16350 Ventura Blvd., Suite D #821 Encino CA 91436; or via telephone at (877) 778-3532 ext.’s 259 or 287.
