I ordered the "Apple TV" product specifically because Apple advertised that you could stream any media appearing on your iPhone 4 through the product and onto your television. It turns out that is a rash mischaracterization of what you can actually do, as, apparently, web developers need to actively enable that streaming in their coding. As such, I could not find a single site through the iPhone's Safari application that allowed for the streaming -- only the YouTube application pre-installed on the iPhone allowed for the streaming through the Apple TV.
(note that I was able to return the product without issue to the Apple store, but I'm sure many, many other people have kept the device past the relevant return period and are stuck with a product falsely advertised)

- Maybe you just misunderstood the features? It seems they are saying you can run video that runs through the iPhone in terms of video files like .mp4's, rather then streaming off the net.And if they refunded you how is it a scam?

- Agreed with Malika, I think you just mis-understood. The apple TV streams media that is on an i-device not from the web and it doesn't share the screen. I have an apple TV and it works perfectly.
