I AM A VICTIM OF A FRAUD! My account is charged 38 times for a false item Ice Age Village, Treasure Chest which i did not buy!
What I did buy was the following item Ice Age Village, The Acorn Motherload which is 44,99 € in the Order ID: MHJMQBDH95. But i did not buy any other item like Ice Age Village, Treasure Chest item which has the unit price of 89,99 € . This Fraud was reported once i did noticed on 27th Dec to Apple support. The Fraud did happen during Christmas on 25th Dec.
I receive continuously new receipts initially where 26 emails and in time of 1 min other 12 emails were received for bills of each 88,89EUR while i was on the phone with Apple support a complaining that from my credit card Master Card all the available credit was used by receiving total of 38 times the charge of 88,89EUR and transferred the money to ITune.
I did open many cases and i did call iTune support and report the FRAUD meanwhile my credit card was blocked due to FRAUD. As i said while i was on the phone with Apple support i receive other notifications from iTune store that i was buying this item even now another 12 new receipts from iTune received for Ice Age Village, Treasure Chest today at time 12:53( receipt No.163044425871), 12:52 two times(receipt No.178044115741,receipt No.163044425872) 10:44(receipt No.216043969780), 09:49( receipt No.170044069355), 6:68(receipt No.171043984555), 5:47( receipt No.116044254758), 4:47 two times (r receipt No.164044231935, receipt No.164044231936), 1:47 for three times (receipt No.204043886974, receipt No.204043886972, receipt No.204043886973). To none of these emails i could not report a problem as from my account information when i click on problem reporting to any of these items i am redirected to the apple support web site.
Therefore i did report the problem to other items and as well directly on the phone to apple support. Please see all the Cases reported and the follow up received as a tracking number 390992083, 392179481, 247183537, 2471755281, , 247622031. Every day since 27th Dec i am calling to ask for feedback on this criminal activity which did come from iTune against my account and stoled my money charging my credit card for 3550 EUR for one item purchased 38 times by a criminal using my virtual identity.
Everytime i am calling nothing happen i am pushed back to wait. Today were 48 h expiring and when i called back the itune support i was again pushed back to wait till tomorrow.
I am very irritated on so many pushing back on me to wait and i do not want to get a heart attack due to this inefficient way to solve my problem. From the automatic answer is written:" for each problem minor or critical you receive an answer within 48h. " In this huge fraud case nothing happens, no feedback no answers!!! Just me asked to not disturb to no call despite i did call everyday just one time and i was taking apple support advice to wait till next day but nothing happen.

I am asking my money back as this is a criminal act! By iTune to receive my money for a same item charged 38 times which i did not buy it! The 48h did expire and this is a big fraud of almost 4000EUR!

I want to receive immediately my money back! i am prepared to go gainst iTune till i reach CEO and CIO and get my money back. Please immediately take action on this critical criminal activity and report your feedback.
