My car was left at Honda World of Downey to get fix and the Hertz car rental came to bring me the rental car that I have with the Insurance. The lady that brought the car ask me if I wantd to pre pay for the gas/fuel and I said no. She reply that it would be 20 cent chepper if I did that. So I told her where they going to charge only the gas/fuel I use she sid yes. I car had 1/2 a tank so I said yes since it was going to save money. But I only use 1/4 of the tank and they charge my account 27.12 and that is redicules. They put on the final contract the the tank wa empty and that I use 500 miles on that car. I found out when I call to see whay the charge me 27.12 for 1/4 of a tank. Pluse i use only 117.2 miles on that car.They said that they can not give me a credit to my account they can only give a certificate for a discount on my next car rental. I told them that I did not need a certificate because I do not have any future needs on use them. I ask the for there for the number of their buisness licence and they are jusy give me the run around.I think that is what they do to all the customers. But that is not right you should have someone investigating them because that sound like a rip off and that mean they are stilling from us the consumer. CVan you miangen have much money they ae doing with this scam. I hope you do something abouth this as soon as poeeible. Thank you
