An order was placed by phone on 3/8/2013 for their product, but all that has occurred to date is our money being deducted from our account. Several attempts to contact this company via phone, email, online chat, etc. have met with no results. We have yet to receive even a receipt for our order placed, much less a tracking number or actual shipment received.
