I had Sent Money before to a person she said to sent it to Via Western Union. The last time she said a Client of hers is going to send me a check for $10,000 and I was to send it to Different people in Nigeria. She gave me all their info, names, Addresses and other. She told me that she Dealt in Exotic Fabric. Her Client has purchased Fabric from her. She didn't want her Client to Deal direct with the people that she purchased the fabric from. She wanted me to receive the $10,000.00 and then send the Money to Nigeria to the people she had mentioned. I checked with my bank (Citizen) to make sure the Money was in my account and I could get th3 cash from my account and they Said yes after 8 to 10 days. They finally said I could get the Cash. I went and got it and sent it out. I could on;y Send certain amount so I went to Different Western Union Offices to send the money out. I would have never sent the Money if the Bank told me it wasn't in my account. Why would they let me get the Cash if it wasn't in my Account. Citizen Bank said that the people that sent the money Closed the Account prior to Citizen transferred the Money. Citizen has Kept My Social Security Check and My VA Veterans Check also and Said I owe them the Money. I To;ld them they should have never let me get the Money if it was in my account to cover it. I am a very Poor man and I have done a Stupid thing. I know there must be a Lot Of Lonely Men out there that this has happened to. What can I do to get the Money back? I have all the paperwork from the Western union Offices that i Filled out. What can i Do?
