There should be warnings to anyone who wants to enter the cash flow business because over 50% (possibly 70-80%) of possible deals you come in contact with have flaws in the original contract that will force buyer to lower its bid or not bid at all.
An initial problem is that the person holding the note he wants to sell really does not want to sell for 70-80% of its value in the first place.
One buyer has described this industry as having extreme fraud at many levels of the business.
So many cautions would have forced me into more reluctance before entering this industry. Presently only the positive side of this business is emphasized. I lost $17k+ with Dalbey Training and could have lost much more if I would have followed their advice.
