$signed up for $1.99 download, when checking my statement found theat they had charged me $74.95. Have called several times, finally got someone on the phone only to have to wait another 15-20 minutes. Was told that a credit was processed and would show up3-5 business days. Never showed up, now they just don't answer the phone only a recording that puts me on hold. Called again this AM, have been on hold this time for 15 minutes, continuing to hold. I encourage everyone to file legal charges.

I have just noticed that the same amount from my account and I remember paying the $1.99 download fee.
I only used the product once and I thought that I would be notified
of any moneys taken from my account.is it possible that you or anyone else can send me a link to the site so I can see what I have paid for
and then set about getting my money returned.
I have removed the software and I can not remember where it was that
I got the download from,I would be so grateful for your help bettymasters,and perhaps you could let me know how you have got on with having your money returned to your card.
This has caused me no end of problems with my bank and going over drawn and then the cost of the returned D.D and any other charge the bank will come up with just to screw me over more.
Sorry for the rant I will welcome any help that someone can provide for me.Thanking you in advance.

- same story of fraud for me: thought I was getting a 'trial' for two bucks, and then find a charge of $74 on my card statement. I've asked them what this buys and await their reply. We need their address in order to notify the Better Business Bureaus in the area.
