I purchase a 2003 Ford Explore on 5/28/2006 at the time purchase from Polular Ford a was not told the rate was 17.50% it was on Sunday and they could not get hold of the bank so i sign a blank form.. I have been paying for this car for ever.. now that I am at the end of the payment they now saying I owe then more that $4000+ for interst and late charge, I have been trying to negation with then and they we not list to me... I have pay then over $40,000 dollars for a use car which I dont feel it fare I dont think I owe then $4000 in late charge an interest.I am asking for you to please help me.. they stated that they will charge the car off in two week if I due not payment then they will reposses my car...could you please help me I feel like I am been rip off...
