I was reviewing an ongoing vehicle loan through their company and realized there was a huge discrepancy between the amount they said was the balance and the amount which should have been due, then I checked my agreement and when they lowered my interest rate they extended my payments two more years! The total extra charge is $6264.00 more than I contracted for...for refinancing to a lower interest rate? What a scam.
