I ordered this trial kit for 5.95, in no way did it say i would be charged 149.99 for it at a later date. I haven't been charged for it yet. I didn't use a credit card, but I did use my debit visa. Should I contact my bank?

Shelley happened to me contact your bank for advise but do A.S.A .P. I had to cancel card but I know some banks will cancel payment. You will have to return sample but all I Had to do was photocopy a post office receipt into an email. It is still cheaper than the £90.odd they will charge. Do as soon as.

- Where do I return it to. The address they gave me is in Israel. It definately did not get shipped to me from there, I recieved it in like 4 days.I already contacted my bank.

- The address I had to send it back to was in Israel I emailed them and they eventually got back to me with a return address. I know it didn't come from Israel as I tried to cancel but two days later the goods still arrived. It might be a way of putting people off returning stuff as they offered to let me keep it for half the price. A lot of people would probably think too much bother. That said that was my mums sample that I returned mine is still sitting on the shelf cancelled my bank card so all they got was £6.95 for the "free sample" pleased to hear you got in touch with your bank.
