I paid $403.05 on my Verizon account by electronic check. I waited a few days, checked my account and it showed I still owed the $403.05. For fear of being disconnected I sent the monies again. Then on March 1 they with drew the money. On March 4 they with drew the $403.05 again. I discovered this on the 5th. of March. I only wanted to send one payment and I asked for the money to be returned. They told me 48yrs. I called again on March 8 they then told me it would be the 14th. and if I sent a copy of my bank statement they could return the monies faster, before the 14th. My bank sent the statement March 8. I called March 11 and they told me that the statement was not expedited at all. Since Mar. 5 my account has been overdrawn $325. Now this amount will be taken out of my next Disability check. I live on a fixed income and have a terminal condition. They know all of this and still unwilling to do the right and moral thing. Mean while I haven't had any money to even buy food.

  • Chuck Rogers owned Auto brokers LTD. It was a legitimate business and he was a legitimate businessman. Then he was driving drunk and wrecked killing the passenger, who was his very good friend. That was the end of his life as he knew it. He went to prison and when he got out he went into a deep deep depression. He got hooked on prescription drugs which turned into street drugs. He's made a few recoveries but they never last. He had 2 of my trucks that he was working on...after 7 years I finally came and got one of them. The other one is behind the locked fence at the business he once owned. The wheels and fenders are gone so I guess he got a few crack rocks for them. He has keys and titles inside the building. Chuck was a very likable and capable man, but now he lost family, health, business...who knows, he may even be dead now.
