Right before Christmas I had to walk into a Bell store to see what I could do about my Blackberry phone, it had decided to just stop working, I did not drop it or spill water on it or anything and the screen just stopped working. So I was forced that because my phone was no longer under warranty that I had to get a new phone. I decided on a new iPhone 5 and the Bell employee rambled off a plan that was supposedly the "best" option for me and that I would only have to pay approx. $65 a month and there would be a charge for the phone itself on my first bill-approx. $200, when I received my bill a few weeks later I was in shock!! 2 things: the bill amount was $587.11 !! AND there seemed to be an extra phone number that did not look familiar to me and it was like I was being charged for having a 2nd line that I did not authorize activating! I called Bell immediately and after the nightmare of talking to at least 3 people and having to explain my story 3 times, by the 4th person I was extremely irritated with this whole run around they were giving me! The last person I spoke to told me that the 2nd line was my iPad! WHAT?? I said, how do they even know I even had an iPad and the Bell employee said that as soon as I got my iPhone, it detected my iPad and that's why my iPad was all of a sudden showing up on my phone bill! So I'm all of a sudden being charge for my iPad because I purchased an iPhone?!? No that is not right but I had no idea at the time! I believed this Bell workers story and had no idea I was being scammed until my absolute technological savy older brother told me that I should absolutely NOT be charged for my iPad and that was ridiculous and I should take this to the media right away! and expose this company for trying to get away with something like this!

After my conversation with my brother I checked my phone bill again today and it's another $318.04! I called Bell to complain about the high bill amount and about the 2nd line that it supposedly for my iPad, Bell did nothing about this and so I asked them how I could get out of this contract completely. $1000 is what it comes to to get out of both lines! 1 line that I'm not even using! and which this Bell employee says that having the 2nd line actually was a better plan/deal for me! and I'm thinking "yeah right" $300 a month is a GREAT deal!

I WANT my money back and I want to receive what I was promised! and what is stated on my contract when I bought my iPhone 5 which is $65 a month for the plan that I have or even better I want the $1000 they told me it would cost to break my contract and get rid of Bell completely and make consumers aware that contracts with Bell are bullshit!! That Bell employees are either uneducated or they are being trained to scam customers without their knowledge-because charging a customer for having an iPad is an absolute scam! I want to expose Bell to the media as frauds and get them to wave the $1000 so I can end my contract with them today!! I have had it with Bell thinking they can steal and scam me like this! I have been a loyal customer of them for many years and taken the abuse and they've done nothing for me in return EVER and I was loyal to them because I too was not educated and thought that everyone just had to pay what cell phone companies were asking but a $600 bill one month and then a $300 the very next and charging for an iPad is where I draw the line, now it's time to fight back!
