On the date specified I ordered the trial kit for $4.95 and their was a box to check if you wanted to receive refill for the product. This box was not checked and after a call I was told the 30 day time limit had pasted and the refills were in the mail. I lived in Florida so I know that the refills were mailed after I called to cancel. Today is 03/05 after three calls to this company have not received a refund as of yet. I was asked again for tacking # which had already been put into my computer file at the company.So now I am told that they are checking for errors and I am sure it will be another 5 days are so. I have been scammed by this company and I would just like a complete refund.
