After seeing an add on line and filling out the application I was called immediately to interview at their King of Prussia office. I was there for over 5 hrs..I was told how great I looked and how wonderful I was and how many great guys I would be dating and within two weeks! They would all be on the same caliber as i was..same looks, education, financial, interests etc!!! The man of my dreams..they did back ground checks so I would not have any problems with scams as I would with Match.com or eharmony etc..... On Nov 2 I had my first meeting that lasted 1 hr with a guy that didn't seem interested in dating...The second meeting was with a guy that could have been my grandfather! I did complain about this date. I was told that was all they had at the time. ...that was it...No other dates/meetings. When i inquired I was told it was Christmas and people were busy..I then asked again after Christmas and was told to be patient...I then asked for a refund...I saw a class action suit against them taking place in CA. Called the law firm but was told that being out of De they could not represent me. There are other complaints against this firm. When I interviewed they told me they had been in business since mid 70's and were world wide and most successful of all dating sites! I explained to eLove that they had not provided a product or service therefore I wanted a refund..I have not heard back from them since. I have filed with the Montgomery County Office of Consumer Protection. I really don't know what else to do. This is a great deal of money. I have been a widow for almost 18 years and would have liked to have met a nice guy that they had assured me. Now, I have been scammed by them.
