The representative at elove blatantly lied during the interview and misrepresented elove's services. I was skeptical about joining and was very clear what I was looking for. The representative said there were plenty of singles and she could think of ten that were looking for someone just like me. I told her I was burned by an organization who promised the same things over 10 years ago called 'The Right One'. They arranged one date and I never heard from them again despite leaving messages. The representative told me that the right one had changed their name to elove . She assured me that there were plenty of available female members and that I would have more dates in 1 year than I could get in 10 years on my own. I reiterated that I was looking for a woman who wanted to have children but currently did not have any. Once again she assured me that their were plenty of members. I joined and had to pay even though they had never provided me the services promised in the past. Here it is over 2 years later and I have had a total of 4 dates. I had nothing in common with 3 of the 4 women. Their matching seems to be anybody they have. I filed a complaint with the BBB and an Angie from membership services called and said they would pay me half of what I paid and I refused asking for at least $2200. She called back and said the company agreed if I would remove my complaint from the internet. I asked for something in writing which I have yet to receive. I went back to Ripoff report and was unable to remove the original complaint but made an amendment saying that I was satisfied with the outcome of the company. Since then I have heard nothing and have left messages over the last month to check on the status. Elove is a scam. They set you up with who they have and lie to you upfront with promises of numerous singles. Don't fall victim to them as I did.
