WE SIGNED UP FOR A VACATION PACKAGE OFFERED BY MY WAY VACATIONS WHILE WE WERE ON VACATION IN MEXICO. WE WERE TOLD WE WOULD RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITHIN 2 WEEKS TO GIVE US OUR CUSTOMER NUMBER SO WE COULD BEGIN USING OUR MEMBERSHIP VACATION OFFERS. WE RECEVED NO EMAIL. I CALLED THE HOME OFFICE SEVERAL TIMES AND WAS ALWAYS PLACED ON HOLD. SEVERAL TIMES I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD RETURN MY CALL AS SOON AN AGENT WAS AVAILABLE. NO CALL WAS EVER RETURNED. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE FRAUD.
