when you sign up for Optima's free trial offer, pay just the $4.95 shipping charge, found on FACEBOOK. supposedly SOMEWHERE in the company's terms and conditions. That are POORLY placed, it states that you will be signed up for automatic orders to be sent at $116.93 each. this may be true, however there was NO NOTIFICATION, via an e-mail reminder or something about canceling this order prior to them trying to pull out the money from my bank account. I was able to put a stop payment on the withdrawal, however it is at a cost to me of $28.00. the order had not even shipped yet and they refused to help...when I asked to speak to a supervisor in charge, THEY WERE OUT TO LUNCH. what kind of customer service is that, and the woman taking calls told me they would try and get back to me with-in a few hours, by 6:00pm. that would be plenty enough time to stop them from processing the order and not withdraw money or refund the money back to my account. I have worked in the retail/shipping business for over ten years, I know how this works. Instead they gave my a return number, for when I received the shipment I could return it, again at my expense.

as of the last filing, Feb. 21st 2013, Optima Cigs withdrew the UNAUTHORIZED amount of $116.93 from my bank account on Feb 25th 2013. this was 4 days after i explicitly told them not to ship anything to me, and denied them access to the credit card from this bank account. as of Feb. 21st 2013, per a phone conversation, i canceled the credit cards from this account. the fact that they withdrew the money caused checks to over draft and i was charged a fee of $30.00. i have the paperwork dated Feb 22nd 2013 from my bank dealing with this UNAUTHORIZED dispute. as of today, Feb 28th 2013 they have yet to refund my money, stating that i need to return the product at my expense, with an RMA number to receive credit. i have yet to see any packages and i have no way to even track this "package" or any other, that is supposed to arrive. so they are withholding my $116.93 that they withdrew WITHOUT my conscent. THAT is stealing, as far as i can see. they were given PLENTY of notice to stop this shipment and REFUSED to do so. when i asked AGAIN for a supervisor, i was told AGAIN "none were avaiable to help" with this situation. clearly they are taking advantage of people, i have checked around and found i am not the only one that THIS COMPANY has done this to. something needs to be done about how they are doing business.
