Many numerous complaints have received wrong merchadise, broken merchandise, never received merchadise, very cheep merchandise. I returned a purse in the wrong color after 1 month of over 100 phone calls and being hung up on 98 of them, also 100 customercare care emails i finally got the credit. I used a portion of the credit to purchase a mid andriod tablet that had a crack in it. I took pictures returned merchadise at my expense, and made 20 caqlls of which 15 i was hung up on. 30 emails to customer care, finally Feb 25th received my credits. I purchased 1600 egyptian cotton sheets that after first wash were ruined, i took pictures and sent them. Then i sent a request to paypal t6o get my money back for the cheep sheets, so nomorerack took 41.00 of my credit back. I made numerous calls of which 98% of them i was hung up on after giving them all the datails, they said they issued the credit back but never did. They acknowledge my complaints but never do anything about it until i had 1 customer care rep who tried to make things right. They lied and said my pay pal took 40.00 dollars back which was only 31.00 so they asked me to send copy of what paypal refunded me so i sent copy, then that wasnt enough they wanted a copy of my personal checking account receipt. Then i was told i was given back my credits but they lied!!!!
Not to mention i never received an sterling silver neclace i paid for, i received a broken 2 ct pendant. I paid for an ordered 2 mp4 player with touch screen, and received some cheap mp3 players that were valued 20.00 dollars less each than what i paid for. They gave me credit for return shipping for the broken tablet but took it back. I have never been so aggrevated in my entire life. Today i made 12 phone calls to get this straightened out and all calls were disconnected after i gave them all my information. Its as to say you are nobody and we cab do what we please.
