Publishers Clearing House Sweepstakes has had one going on for months. I have participated in each email I have received, being very careful not to buy anything that is offered. There is a game however in which points can be gained and swapped for prizes. I unfortunately did order an eye cream for $1 plus shipping. I got the cream, but found out my credit card had been charged that amount and complete charges for March. I found out this is a scam and will continue each month. I will pay the $1 plus shipping and handling, but want to cancel this and to be refunded the other charge.
