I have a $3.00 charge to my bank account and I don't know who Trialpay.com is. There is no number to call them, I have to send an email. I'm reluctant to send the email if they are a bogus company.

  • Hi Christina,

I apologize for the inconvenience and confusion.

We are here and we are real, you can read more about us here: https://www.trialpay.com/.

A $3 charge sounds to me like a Coupons.com subscription. Coupons.com uses us as their payment processor and their monthly subscription charges are typically $3. Rather than share your personal information on this public forum, please use the form below to contact us, http://www.trialpay.com/credit-card-charges/ or email us at [email protected]. Please make sure to leave us any email addresses you have used during this transaction and the line item you see on your credit card statement. This will help us locate your account and further assist you with this matter. Additionally, in your message please make sure to reference the URL to this post.

Again, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and confusion; we look forward to resolving this matter as soon as possible.

    Regards,

    TrialPay Customer Support
