I ordered 3 units and was sent tracking, but only for one package, which only contained 2 units in a priority envelope. They claimed they sent a second package. Checking with USPS I am told that there would have been a second tracking number for an additional package (which was NOT given). I sent an email to MJ and they insisted I get in touch via their 'chat service'.
I did that on 2/8/2013 and they assured me (after me having been passed to their top level) they would send out the missing unit immediately.
As of today (2/26/2013) there is NOTHING. They drag their feet, waste my time and lie through their teeth. Disgusting.
