I WAS SCAMMED ON FEB.1 2013 I BOUGHT YOUR 2 YEAR TECH SUPPORT THEY SAID ON THE PHONE THEY WERE APPLE CARE.I CHANGE MY MIND THE NEXT DAY TO GET A FULL REFUND THEY TOLD ME NO REFUNDS SO I HUNG UP CALLED MY BANK AND THEY PUT A STOP PAYMENT ON IT AND STARTED A CASE RECOVERY TO GET THE MONEY BACK FROM THIS COMPANY.THIS IS THE WORST SCAM I HAVE SEEN IN MY LIFE THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS MY NEXT STEP IS TO REPORT MY TECH HELP TO THE BBB.SO NO ONE ELSE EVER SHOULD GET SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY AGAIN.THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE.PLEASE HAVE SOMEONE PUT THIS CO. OUT OF BUSINESS

All who have victimized by fraud of mytechhelp like, me I am suing. As a disabled Iraqi veteran, right out of my 17th surgical procedure these scammers took me. But, I used every resource to find the companies CEO. Got audio and in writing evidence they claim their apple. So, if you all wAnt to join me in a class action lawsuit and saved all your calls and documents as proof, we are going to sue for several negligence and injuries; fraud etc... If so, please email me at (Personal Information Removed)
with mute UNEP scam in subject line and contact info. One ca. Fight, but hundreds heard and hold mr. Enzion aboud he CEO responsible for neglect, harm, fraud, etc.... I have evidence in audio and writing and from my doctor....email and pass along. No more scammers! Matt L -

- Have you called the Federal Bureau of Investigation yet? I experienced this yesterday and I am trying to find out if anyone has reported this yet. I was conned out of $450 dollars, or so they think.
