I received a call from Mr. Jenkins at the Fed Trade Com. stating he was investigating a fraud case I filed last month when I wad sent a letter staying I had won 300,000.00 also enclosed a check for 4.890.70 to pay taxes and insurance. I Paid 3,000.00 by money gram to London only to find out their check was no good and I was 3,000.00 overdrawn. Mr. Jenkins said I was indeed the winner of 450.000.00 from Empire State Sweepstakes however I had been a victim of fraud for paying taxes. He would be refunding me the 3,000.00 and my winnings but I would need to pay insurance of 952.00 before my package could be released from a courier serv. at LAX. I told him I would not pay anymore money. He said I could check him out at hid office. :202)558-4555 or the Fed Trade com main office : 202)3707644 or courier Serv. at LAX 305)7042374 or Empire. State Sweepstakes :718)213-4411. He gave me a password to be safe. More info call me. Please help!
