after being told that i won a second place price, i was asked to send $900 to USA embassy in Costa Rica in order to pay for the insurance of the package being sent. they have people that are fluent in Spanish and English. not only did they wanted to get the $900.00 but also another 1500.00 in order to pay for the entering of the package into the country. when i first looked up this company there where not complains about fraud found. if anyone had similar company contact them please fill out a report.
