On May 7th 2012 the fee above was debited from my bank account. On or around 11-27-12 the company UMC subcontracted to "Kat Capital" sent me a letter stating they had closed my file and stopped all sevices. I called UMC to find out why and the phone #'s I was given no longer worked. I have not been able to contact United Mortgage Consulting since and have not obtained a loan modification either.

I submitted this complaint quite some time ago and am following up to see if these people have been caught, refunded money to others and myself(which I have not heard or seen anything) and whether they are in prison if caught.
