I purchased this voucher in Jan 5th 2012. I tried to call the phone # listed on the voucher 212-470-4013 for two months left several messages and no one returned my call. I finally after numerous attempts spoke to a gentleman on 12/30/12 and he stated I had the wrong # not to call back. I checked the website and this is the same phone # listed. I immediately contacted Dealfind via email 12/30/12 to advise them this Business does not exist. Dealfind policy is if a merchant goes out of business within a year of purchase they will refund you I dont get any response until 01/10/13 "day after expiration date on voucher" from Avital Customer Satisfaction Expert Dealfind who states "Dealfind proudly offers a full refund for unused vouchers within 30 days of purchase for local service deals. So basically I am not entitled
I replied back with their policy on their website which clearly states

"If a merchant goes out of business within a year of your purchase, not to worry! We will issue Dealfind Dollars to your account for the price you paid for any unused vouchers" I replied back with thier policy over 6 weeks ago and have not recieved any response for dealbucks returned. I was a big fan of dealfind until this happened. They need to honor thier own policies. Groupon customer service is beyond excellent. Never had an issue.
